【研究方向】
慢性非传染性疾病的营养流行病学、营养代谢与干预。主要从事营养与食品卫生学、预防医学、饮食营养与健康、食品安全与健康等课程的教学及营养流行病、肥胖与代谢、慢性非传染性疾病干预相关领域的研究工作。
